And thats what made it worse, because that’s how Dean knew, HOW HE KNEW THAT HIS FATHER WAS POSSESSED, BECAUSE JOHN WINCHESTER HAS NEVER SAID THAT ONCE, LET ME REPEAT THAT, JOHN WINCHESTER HAS NEVER TOLD DEAN ONCE THAT HE WAS PROUD OF HIM.

The first time we heard John tell Dean he was proud of him, yes, he was possessed by Azazel.  That was in the season one finale.  But the GIF in question? That’s not from that episode; that’s from the season two opener.  In that scene, John was not possessed.  HE WAS NOT POSSESSED.  That was John, the real John, tearfully telling his son that he was always proud of him, apologizing for not being the father that Dean and Sam deserved, and telling Dean goodbye because he knew he was only minutes away from death.
John Winchester DID tell Dean he was proud of him.
